Beta Terms

Beta Scope

Bruno Domingo provides PECPilot as an invite-only beta for selected business users. Features, limits, and availability may change during beta.

Acceptable Use

Use PECPilot only for data you are authorized to process. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass security controls.

Service Level

Beta service is provided as-is without uptime commitments. Support is best effort through the beta channel.

Liability

PECPilot is not a substitute for statutory archiving, legal advice, or accounting validation. Users remain responsible for compliance decisions.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and revoke mailbox access from the mailbox detail controls.

Alla fine della beta, PECPilot chiedera al cliente di confermare la prosecuzione del servizio oppure pianificherà la chiusura account. Se il cliente non prosegue, le credenziali casella sono rimosse, la sincronizzazione si ferma, gli export restano disponibili per una breve finestra di offboarding e i dati importati sono cancellati secondo le finestre di retention e backup.
