Beta Terms

Beta Scope

Bruno Domingo provides PECPilot as an invite-only beta for selected business users. Features, limits, and availability may change during beta.

Acceptable Use

Use PECPilot only for data you are authorized to process. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass security controls.

Service Level

Beta service is provided as-is without uptime commitments. Support is best effort through the beta channel.

Liability

PECPilot is not a substitute for statutory archiving, legal advice, or accounting validation. Users remain responsible for compliance decisions.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and revoke mailbox access from the mailbox detail controls.

At the end of the beta, PECPilot will either ask the customer to opt in to continued service or schedule account closure. If the customer does not continue, mailbox credentials are removed, synchronization stops, exports remain available for a short offboarding window, and imported data is deleted according to the retention and backup windows.
