How To Revoke Mailbox Access
Mailbox owners can stop access directly from the app.
Immediate Disconnect
Open mailbox detail and run Disconnect mailbox with confirmation. This disables sync and removes stored credentials.
Data Reset
Use Reset imported data to clear mailbox imports and reset checkpoints. Optional object purge deletes stored files for that mailbox scope.
